I've come back to Jira again after a few years and surprised to see the term "issues" still used when referring to 'tasks' or 'projects'. I understand that issues suits developers etc and is part of the lexicon, however I've had to use Jira in two different companies in creative and marketing teams and the word 'issues' doesn't make any sense to the teams and sounds negative and confusing.

There should be an option to customise what 'issue' sections are called to suit the team that is working in it.
